Earls Property Preservations Inc. (EPP) was created in November 2006 as a Sole Proprietorship, Field Inspection Company servicing the Roseland Community.  By September 2008, the Field Inspection Business grew in coverage to  include the entire City of Chicago and surrounding Suburbs, Atlanta Georgia, Denver Colorado, Tampa Bay and Jacksonville, Florida.  In 2009,  EPP expanded its list of services to include: Lawn Maintenance, Snow Removal, Debris Removal, Janitorials, Lock Changes, Board Ups, etc.  Earls Property Preservations Inc. is a Nationally Certified Minority, Veteran Business Enterprise and Veteran Owned Small Business.
